Paihong has been strict in practicing the concept of sustainable management and circular economy, all our factories have been certified by various ISO management systems, and factories in Wuxi and Dongguan have been recognized as national-level green factories.
Our products, such as touch fastener, jacquard engineered mesh, and webbing, have all been tested and successfully got the certification relating to carbon footprint, water footprint and carbon reduction products, as well as OEKO-TEX and GRS 4.0 standards.
Paihong group has implemented a stringent product carbon footprint tracking system. The amount of energy and resources consumed in production are carefully monitored and clearly tracked, reducing our impact on the local and global ecosystem, and adhereing to our commitment to build a net-zero future.
Sustainability
We continue to improve our energy consumption structure by installing solar panels in each factory, rationally planning the production schedule, and selling unused power to energy companies. We have therefore made full and efficient use of electricity and increased the corporation’s green revenue, which in
2022 was RMB 333,572,619, accounting for approximately 18.2% of the company’s total revenue.

Our Green Milestones
Taiwan Paiho Limited founded Paiho Group Inc. in the British Virgin Islands with a capital of US$2.5 million. Paiho Group Inc. then invested in and established Paiho Holdings Ltd., which later set up Wuxi Paiho Textile Co., Ltd. in Mainland China.
As part of a business restructuring, Taiwan Paiho Company invested in and established Dongguan Paihong Co., Ltd. through Pai Shin Company, with 100% ownership.
Wuxi Paiho Textile Co., Ltd. invested US$7.5 million in Dongguan Paihong Co., Ltd., acquiring a 75% stake. As part of its restructuring, Taiwan Paiho Limited reinvested to establish Paiho Shih Holdings Corporation in the Cayman Islands through Paiho Int'l Limited, with 100% indirect ownership and a registered capital of US$20 million. Paiho Shih Holdings Corporation subsequently set up Hong Kong Antex Ltd., also with 100% equity and US$20 million in registered capital.
In the restructuring process, Wuxi Paiho Textile Co., Ltd., originally fully owned by Paiho Holdings Ltd., was transferred to Hong Long Antex Ltd. The company increased its capital, introduced external shareholders, and was approved for transformation into a stock-limited company, issuing 300,000,000 shares with the equity exchange difference recorded as additional paid-in capital.
The company acquired 100% of Hong Kong Antex Ltd., which then took over the 25% equity in Dongguan Paihong Co., Ltd. previously owned by Pai Shin Company.
The company resolved to change the par value of each share from USD 1 to NTD 10, with the resulting paid-in capital amounting to NTD 1,764,229,000.
Wuxi Paiho Textile Co., Ltd. was awarded "High-Technology Product Enterprise Certificate" by Jiangsu Provincial Department of Science & Technology, thus a 15% corporate income tax may be imposed.
The company was approved for listing by the Taiwan Stock Exchange Corporation on December 30.
The company was officially listed on the Taiwan Stock Exchange on May 18.
Wuxi Paiho Textile Co., Ltd. was certified as "Engineering Center of Fire Retardant Hook and Loop Fastener" by Bureau of Science & Technology of Wuxi City, Jiangsu Province.

The company established Paihong Vietnam Co., Ltd. through indirect ownership of 100% via Hon Shin Corporation.
Dongguan Paihong Co., Ltd. was certified as “Specialized Weaving and Composite Fabric Engineering Technology Research Center of Guangdong Province” by Department of Science & Technology Guangdong Province.
Dongguan Paihong Co., Ltd. was certified as "Provincial Enterprise Technology Center" by Committee of Economic and Informational Technology of Guangdong Province.
Dongguan Paihong Co., Ltd. was certified as "Enterprise Energy Management Center of Dongguan City" by Bureau of Economic and Information Technology of Dongguan City.
Wuxi Paiho Textile Co., Ltd. invested in the establishment of Wuxi Paiwei Biotechnology Co., Ltd., which primarily focuses on producing and selling masks and non-woven fabric products.
The warp knitted Jacquard products of Dongguan Paihong Co., Ltd. were awarded "Water Footprints Assessment" and "Products Carbon Footprints Assessment".
Wuxi Paiho Textile Co., Ltd. was awarded “Green Factory” by Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of the People`s Republic of China.
Wuxi Paiho Textile Co., Ltd. and Dongguan Paihong Co., Ltd. were awarded “ISO 45001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System”.
Wuxi Paiho Textile Co., Ltd. and Dongguan Paihong Co., Ltd. were awarded “ISO 50001 Energy Management System”.
Dongguan Paihong Co., Ltd. obtained the certificate of GB/T29490：2013 on Intellectual Property Management System.

Dongguan Paihong Co., Ltd. was awarded “Green Factory” by Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of the People’s Republic of China.
Wuxi Paiho Textile Co., Ltd. was awarded “Enterprise of Environmental Protection 2019” by Committee of Xishan Economic and Technological Development Zone.
Dongguan Paihong Co., Ltd. was awarded “Recycled Claim Standard (RCS) 2.0”.
After an investment structure adjustment, Wuxi Paiho Textile Co., Ltd. now holds 100% of the shares in Dongguan Paihong Co., Ltd., previously jointly owned by Hong Kong Antex Ltd. (25%) and Wuxi Paiho Textile Co., Ltd. (75%).
The company, through Hong Kong Antex Ltd., acquired 6.79% of Wuxi Paiho Textile Co., Ltd. shares, raising its ownership to 99.99%.
Hong Kong Antex Ltd. acquired 100% of the shares in Wuxi Paiwei Biotechnology Co., Ltd. from Wuxi Paiho Co., Ltd.
Wuxi Paiho Textile Co., Ltd. established Shanghai Best Expectation Textile Trading Ltd. in the Shanghai Free Trade Zone, which in turn set up Hong Kong Best Expectation International Trading Ltd. to manage international investments and trade.
Wuxi Paiho Textile Co., Ltd. and Paihong Vietnam Co., Ltd. were awarded Global Recycled Standard (GRS) 4.0.
Dongguan Paihong Co., Ltd. was awarded Global Recycled Standard (GRS) 4.0.
The ownership of Paihong Vietnam Co., Ltd. was transferred from Hon Shin Corporation to Hong Kong Best Expectation International Trading Ltd. following a group investment structure adjustment.
Wuxi Paiho Textile Co., Ltd. changed its name to Thomas Dynamic Material (Jiangsu) Co., Ltd. (Jiangsu Paihong Company).

The paper cord products of Dongguan Paihong Co., Ltd. have obtained the Forest Stewardship Council-Chain of Custody (FSC-CoC) certification.
