Taiwan Paiho Limited founded Paiho Group Inc. in the British Virgin Islands with a capital of US$2.5 million. Paiho Group Inc. then invested in and established Paiho Holdings Ltd., which later set up Wuxi Paiho Textile Co., Ltd. in Mainland China.

As part of a business restructuring, Taiwan Paiho Company invested in and established Dongguan Paihong Co., Ltd. through Pai Shin Company, with 100% ownership.

Wuxi Paiho Textile Co., Ltd. invested US$7.5 million in Dongguan Paihong Co., Ltd., acquiring a 75% stake. As part of its restructuring, Taiwan Paiho Limited reinvested to establish Paiho Shih Holdings Corporation in the Cayman Islands through Paiho Int'l Limited, with 100% indirect ownership and a registered capital of US$20 million. Paiho Shih Holdings Corporation subsequently set up Hong Kong Antex Ltd., also with 100% equity and US$20 million in registered capital.

In the restructuring process, Wuxi Paiho Textile Co., Ltd., originally fully owned by Paiho Holdings Ltd., was transferred to Hong Long Antex Ltd. The company increased its capital, introduced external shareholders, and was approved for transformation into a stock-limited company, issuing 300,000,000 shares with the equity exchange difference recorded as additional paid-in capital.

The company acquired 100% of Hong Kong Antex Ltd., which then took over the 25% equity in Dongguan Paihong Co., Ltd. previously owned by Pai Shin Company.
